Senior Adult Ministry
Below are some of the great ministries that the senior adults enjoy to take part in serving the community and body of Christ at Westside.
VIP Ministry
These Very Important People are a huge part of the greeters in the church. The VIP's have 2 main ministries; they are responsible for the guest reception room after the morning worship and they also meet together once a week to update the church marquee with the latest news and activities. The enjoy getting together to send cards to those in the church who have been out because of illness.
Prayer Ministry
Headed by one of the most "seasoned" saints in the church, Mrs. Voncile and the prayer ministry are a weekly ministry that pray over the needs of the church and community. There are over two dozen members of the prayer ministry that stay in contact each week and maintain a fresh list of prayer requests. This exciting ministry is always looking for more people to join the prayer team. Just for Seniors Pastor's Bible Study
The senior adults enjoy meeting together once a month on the 2nd Thursday @ 11:00am for a in-depth Bible study lead by the pastor. They will go out to eat together on occasion and continue the fellowship.

Senior Adult Rallies and Conferences
The senior adults enjoy attending the rallies that other sister Baptist churches in the Gwinnett area host. The rally's usually include a meal and then some worship followed by a speaker who will give a devotion or preach.
