Men's Ministry
Church Softball League
Attention guys 16+ We are looking for those in the congregation that might be interested in a spring softball team. Games would we weeknights except on Wednesday night. Games would be played at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. If you are interested in participating please contact the office or Pastor John.
Men’s breakfast
Don't miss the best breakfast in town! Once a month the men meet together to fellowship over a hot breakfast. After the meal the men have a short devotional and plan ministry projects for the church body.
The next breakfast will be March 11, @ 8:00am
Service Projects
The men have enjoyed service projects that reach out to the church members as well as the people in the community. Using their God-given skills and talents for Christ.
Prayer Time
Each week the deacons and men of the church lead a prayer time before
the Sunday activities as well as during other times of the year.
These men, along with the help of our senior adult prayer team, make prayer a huge part of our church ministry.
Women's Ministry
Fellowships
From bowling to day trips to Stone Mountain, lunches and dinners, there is always something going on for the ladies of Westside.
Conferences
The ladies have participated in conferences in the past years such as the Women of Faith conference and others that build up their faith.
Retreats
Once or twice a year the ladies take a get-a-way to the beach or mountains to spend time together in the Word of God and have fellowship together.
